No Refund Policy

1. Policy Summary

All subscription payments made to ShortVox are final and non-refundable. This applies to all plans and billing events unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Monthly Billing

ShortVox currently offers monthly billing only. When your monthly subscription renews, charges are non-refundable for that billing period.

Cancelling your plan prevents future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the already-paid billing cycle.

3. Partial Usage and Unused Credits

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused quota, unused credits, or inactivity during a billing cycle.

4. Charge Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
